Girls & Boys ages 3-5
Our preschool classes provide an introduction to gymnastics for boys and girls aged
3 through 5. Coed classes teach gymnastics fundamentals through a program which incorporates tumbling skills, games and fitness activities. Classes are designed for children that separate easily from parents.

Girls & Boys ages 4-7
KinderGym is structured as a 45 minute coed class designed for children ages 4 through 7.
Class focus is on student understanding and development of proper body positions and core gymnastics skills, including rolls, cartwheels and handstands.

Yoga for Kids |

Elementary School Kids ages 5+
These fun, 30 minute classes introduce girls and boys ages 5 and up to the benefits of yoga. Colorful kid-friendly materials are used to teach and reinforce traditional yoga poses and stretches. Yoga helps children develop better body awareness, self-control, flexibility and coordination and is a great companion activity to gymnastics.

Designed for school-aged girls ages 6 and up, our recreational classes focus on gymnastics fundamentals presented in a positive, encouraging environment. Boys 6+
Boys recreational is a one hour class for school-aged boys ages 6 and up. The curriculum shifts from the more general gymnastics approach taught in younger aged classes to a specific focus on men’s
gymnastics events: vault, high bar, floor exercise, rings, pummel horse (mushroom) and parallel bars.

Fun for all Ages
This program, also called Group Gymnastics, provides opportunities and activities for all ages and levels of abilities. In this fun class, students work together in a group setting to learn basic gymnastics skills, body positions, partner holds, movement and group choreography.

Our team program meets twice weekly for 90 minutes and is designed for girls interested in pursuing competitive gymnastics. This class is limited to intermediate and advanced girls working to master USA Gymnastics level skills and routines.
