Payment Deadlines & Late Fee |
|
Tuition is a fixed rate due monthly on the 1st. Payment may be made by cash, check, credit card or automatic bank draft. There is a one week grace period for tuition payments. A $20 late fee is assessed on any payment received after the 7th of the month.
Students with delinquent accounts past the 10th day of the month will be disenrolled and not allowed to participate in classes until the account balance is paid in full.
New students are charged a non-refundable annual registration fee and two months tuition in advance. Students enrolling in classes after the month has started are charged a prorated fee for the first month.

Annual Registration Fee |

All students are required to pay an annual registration fee, due upon initial enrollment and annually thereafter. The fee is automatically added to your student's account on the first day of your child's anniversary month. Annual registration fees help defere administrative costs and insurance. This fee is not prorated regardless of enrollment duration and is nonrefundable.
The annual registration fee for 2012 is $25 per student. This fee is due for every student in your family and not eligible for family discounts.

Absences & Makeups |
|
If your child misses a class for any reason, you may make it up at no additional charge by attending the same type of class on another day. Makeups must be scheduled in advance and absences made up within two weeks of your child's return to his or her normal class schedule.

Snow Days & Inclement Weather |
|
High Flyers classes are cancelled in coordination with the Los Alamos Public School District schedule. If school classes are dismissed early or cancelled, all subsequent gymnastics classes occurring that day will also be cancelled. Please note: Classes will not be cancelled on days with a 2 hour start delay, except for classes scheduled to start prior to 10:30 AM.
If class is cancelled or you are unable to attend class because of inclement weather, please contact us to schedule a make up at no charge. In rare cases, additional classes may be scheduled specifically as a makeup for missed classes.

We accept new students year-round on a space-available basis. Sessions are classified as fall, spring, and summer, and correspond with the Los Alamos Public School schedule. Billing is monthly. Your child's enrollment reserves a spot for them in class for the next month. Students dropping a class must notify us in writing at least 10 days prior to the start of the month to avoid monthly charges. Students who disenroll with proper notice will receive a full refund of any credit balance.
Students may switch to a new class with no penalty. Students who miss classes for 3 consecutive weeks without contacting us will be automatically dropped and will forfeit their deposit and slot in class.

Photo Policy |

From time to time, we take photos of students in classes and during special events for use on our webpage, on facebook, at the gym or on promotional flyers and publications, such as the newspaper without compensation to students or parents. Students are not identified or are identified only by their first names, unless addition parental permission is provided. If you object to having your child's image used in this manner, please notify the front desk.

Liability Waiver |
High Flyers Gymnastics does not provide medical insurance for your child. As with many sports, participation in gymnastics poses a risk of injury, including catastrophic injury or death. All persons entering High Flyers Gymnastics facilities with the purpose of taking classes or using equipment are required to first sign a liability waiver.

Class Holidays |

High Flyers takes holiday weeks off in observance of all major holidays. In order to cause minimal disruption of class schedules, all classes are cancelled for the week of the following holidays: Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving.
Friday through Monday classes only are cancelled over the President's Day Holiday weekend.
In addition, the week corresponding with the LAPS spring break and 2 weeks at Christmas (to include January 1st) are taken as holidays. | | |
