Have Your Birthday Party at High Flyers!

​Birthday parties at High Flyers are always a hit. Our 90 minute parties are geared toward kids ages 3-10 and include use of the gym for 60 minutes and 30 minutes for food, cake and presents in our party room. 
 
Parents are allowed an additional 15 minutes time prior to the party for setup and 15 minutes after for cleanup.  Gym time includes supervised use of the equipment set up in obstacle course style, plus age-appropriate active games. At the end of the 60 minutes of gym time, the fun continues in our birthday party room, where food, drinks and presents are the typical fare. 
 
Parents are expected to provide any food, cake, party favors or decorations and must leave the gym and party room clean upon conclusion of the party. Liability waivers must be signed by a parent or legal guardian for each child prior to entry onto the gym floor.
 
Coming soon: Comprehensive packages which include helium-filled balloons, pizza, drinks, cupcakes, napkins, cups, plates, disposable utensils and entertainment. We hope to eventually offer extra services, such as face-painting, bouncing castle, "Minute to Win It" games, etc., all with a la carte pricing.

Basic Party Costs

60 minutes supervised gym + 30 minute party room only:
  • 1 - 8 Children $90.00
  • 9 - 12 Children $120.00
  • +$8 per child thereafter (maximum 20 children)
 
The party host family is expected to bring a minimum of one adult for every 8 party guests to ensure adequate supervision of children during and after the party.

Reservations & Policies

  1. Reservations must be made at least 7 days in advance. A $20 deposit is required to hold your reservation. 
  2. Cancellations must be received no less than 72 hours prior to your scheduled party. Your deposit will be forfeited if you cancel your party less than 72 hours in advance.
  3. A liability waiver must be signed by a legally responsible parent or guardian for each party guest prior to admission into the gym.  Form
  4. Party guests are allowed on the gym equipment and floor area only for the first 60 minutes of the party.
  5. Party host families are expected to bring any food, games or activities needed for use in the birthday party room.
  6. High Flyers staff does not provide supervision for children or participate in activities in the birthday party room.  Party host parents are expected to lead activities and provide supervision for children during this period.
  7. Parents should be notified to pick up children at the end of the 90 minute party time.
  8. Please have parents come into the gym to pick up children rather than expect children to leave the gym and meet parents in the parking lot.
  9. Your party includes a 15 minute window following the party for cleanup and late parent pickup. Party hosts are expected to leave the party room clean. If excess cleaning is required, your $20 deposit will be forfeited.
  10. Party host parents are responsible for supervising and arranging transportation for any children not picked up by a parent at the conclusion of the party.
