Parkour 1 & 2
Parkour is a method of physical training that develops one's ability to overcome obstacles, both physical and mental. It involves moving through a series of obstacles in the quickest and most efficient way possible through the use of your own body. Techniques of parkour involve running, jumping, climbing, crawling, balance, and vaulting over objects.
Our popular parkour classes challenge boys and girls to develop strength, coordination, and overall athletic ability. High Flyers offers parkour training that incorporates climbing, strength development, and basic tumbling skills.
Beginning students learn basic skills and safety in our Parkour 1 classes, while more advanced students begin learning jumps, flips, and tricks in our Parkour 2 class. All parkour classes are one hour in length and taught by experienced adult instructors who themselves are students of parkour and gymnastics.
