Choosing the Right Class
High Flyers recognizes that children grow and mature at different rates. We understand that every child and family is unique. That's way we offer a variety of classes, with age recommendations that overlap. Classes aimed at younger children are coed and focus on active play, positive interactions with others, building confidence and strength and developing a healthy attitude toward physical fitness.
As your child grows, longer classes are available and the focus becomes on development of tumbling and equipment-based skills. All classes are designed to help your child learn and develop at their own individual pace.
High Flyers strives to create an environment in which children of all ages and abilities are valued, have fun and feel successful.

Different Class Styles for Different Kids
Kindergarten is an exciting time for families. Children step out on their own, many for the first time. Some are anxious, others enthusiastic. High Flyers understands that one size does not fit all. That's why we offer 3 different class structures for 5 year olds. For older children, we offer a choice of recreational and competitive gymnastics, or Gymnastics for All. Review our class descriptions for an overview of each class and age recommendations to help you decide.
Is gymnastics a supplemental activity or a sport?
Are you looking for a fun, fitness activity for your child or do you consider gymnastics a year-round sport? With its focus on strength, flexibility and body control, gymnastics is a great foundation to all sports. So whether you are seeking a fun, social activity, want to help your child build coordination and confidence, or are interested in competitive gymnastics, High Flyers has a class suited to your needs.
